I'm a Doctor of Chinese Medicine and acupuncturist. I work from Five Element principles, along with Neuro Emotional Technique, somatics, and breathwork. My training gave me tools. My trauma and my addiction gave me the reason to actually use them. I don't split myself into the healer and the man who needed healing. Same person. I've sat in the wreckage. I'm still in it some days. That's not a bio credential, but it's the only one I trust, and it's why I care about this work the way I do. For a long time my mind ran the whole show, staying a step ahead of my body so I wouldn't have to feel what was underneath. What I do now is help men find their way back into the body, back into the parts of themselves they had to leave behind just to survive. Along the way I've been shaped by Qi Gong, shamanic practice, Human Design, Gene Keys, and teachers like Byron Katie, Caroline Myss, Joe Dispenza, and Wang Fengyi. It's some of the most meaningful work I know. I'm writing a memoir about that same road, about what's actually waiting in the places trauma tore open, and how much love can live there. You'll get the same man here that you'd get in my treatment room. I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to be with you, and I mean that.
