The LT1 and LT2 online experiences
Both Leadership Training courses, online, included. LT1 is the foundation — ten weeks in a small pod with a Sacred Sons leader, on presence, communication, and how to hold another man. LT2 is the next step: facilitation, and leading a circle of your own. Both are held by Sacred Sons leaders alongside co-founders Adam and Kale, and each carries its own in-person Threshold weekend on the land.

After eight years on borrowed ground, Sacred Sons has a permanent home: a forty acre sanctuary in Big Bear, California, backed by national forest, off grid capable, and permitted to host the work. Not a rented venue. A campus. Your room, all food and everything that happens on the land are included, and men who want to keep going are invited to stay on past Sunday.

Adam Jackson
Adam Jackson is a co-founder and chief visionary of Sacred Sons, a global movement dedicated to embodying healthy masculinity, conscious leadership, and community-based transformation. As a father-of-four, facilitator, and cultural architect, Adam holds a steady presence that invites men and women into deeper connection with themselves, each other, and the earth. Guided by a commitment to authenticity and embodied truth, Adam has spent years designing experiences that support personal growth through brotherhood, ritual, and relational practice. His work bridges ancient wisdom with modern embodiment, helping people remember their inherent power, purpose, and belonging. Through gatherings like Convergence, Remembrance, and Summit, Adam continues to guide communities toward the “emergent culture of awakening”. His voice is known for its grounded clarity, his leadership for its steadiness, and his mission for its devotion to ushering brotherhood to the forefront of our human family.

Kale Ka'alekahi
Kale Kaʻalekahi is a co-founder of Sacred Sons and its Chief Cultural Officer, serving as Director of Community Leadership Development across the organization. He is a cultural practitioner, consultant, speaker, and ceremonialist who has spent over two decades in place-based education, rites of passage, initiation, and formation work, and has trained thousands of leaders worldwide. His conviction is that strong character is forged rather than taught, through challenge, through ceremony, and through relationship with family, land, and community. He lives on Maui with his wife and daughter, where fatherhood and the question of legacy sit at the center of his work: what a man passes down, and what condition he leaves it in. That commitment extends beyond family into stewardship of land, air, and water, and into the education of the generation coming behind him. In the Founders Circle, Kale is responsible for the culture of the container, the ceremony and ritual that anchor it, and the mentorship each man receives, guiding men into a deeper understanding of lineage, ancestral intelligence, emergent culture and how what they inherited still shapes their leadership, their marriages, and their children.
