I am a father of three, environmental biologist, surfer, and lifelong student of the natural world. The ocean and wilderness have been some of my deepest teachers, shaping how I listen, relate, and move through the world. My path through fatherhood, men’s work, and my own inner work continues to deepen my commitment to honest connection, embodied masculinity, and helping create spaces where men can show up more fully as themselves.
