I’m a father to three wonderfully wild little humans - Zaeda, Zepplin, and Zennedy - and a deeply blessed and grateful husband to my beautiful and one-of-one wife, Katyna. Together, we've created Citrine Holistic Health, which is an extension of our home and the way we choose to move through the world. We believe in honoring people in their fullest expression - their body, mind, heart, and spirit - and creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, empowered, and free to become their whole selves. The same love, laughter, compassion, connection and growth we cultivate around our dinner table are the very things we hope people feel when they walk through Citrine's doors. I’m a lover of all the awe-inspiring, exhilarating, and sometimes beautifully messy parts of being human. I find purpose in holding space for others to explore, unravel, reconnect, and rediscover the wisdom that already lives within them. I honor the sacredness of this work, however, I don't believe it always has to be so serious. Sometimes healing looks like tears of grief and other times it's tears of laughter. Sometimes is the magic in the eyes of the child, and others its in the magic of the plants. I'm here for it all.
