I’m Calvin Livingston—a father, Oregon native, wildland firefighter, and founder of Lean In Breathwork. My life is rooted in connection: to the Earth, to my body, to the people I love, and to the communities I serve. I hold sacred the breath, the land, and the trust that allows us to be seen as we are. Fatherhood, partnership, brotherhood, and ceremony are close to my heart. I value honesty, accountability, courage, and the willingness to keep growing—even when that growth asks us to meet uncomfortable parts of ourselves. As a breathwork, sauna, and cold plunge facilitator, I offer spaces to reconnect with the body, explore our relationship with discomfort, and make room for what needs to be felt. My approach draws on somatic practice, intentional ceremony, and the wisdom of the natural world. I bring both strength and tenderness, honoring each person’s pace and their ability to choose what is right for them. For me, ceremony lives in how we show up: how we listen, how we honor our word, how we care for the land, and how we meet one another. Through my work and my life, I seek to cultivate deeper presence, meaningful connection, and communities where we can support and challenge one another to live with greater integrity.
What I offer
Through Lean In Breathwork, I offer transformational breathwork, Wim Hof Method workshops, guided sauna and cold plunge experiences for men and women, alongside dedicated men’s circles rooted in ceremony, connection, and accountability. As a transformational breathwork facilitator and certified Wim Hof Method instructor, I hold space for people to step out of the noise, return to their bodies, and meet what’s present. Breath, heat, and cold invite us to explore how we respond to discomfort, where we hold tension, and what becomes possible when we stay connected to ourselves. My facilitation is grounded in somatic awareness, trauma-informed practice, and respect for each person’s boundaries. I bring intention and care while inviting depth—making room for emotion, stillness, challenge, laughter, and honest connection. In my men’s circles, I offer a place to set down the masks, speak honestly, be witnessed, and practice accountability alongside other men. These gatherings are an invitation to carry greater presence and integrity into our relationships, families, and communities. At the heart of everything I offer is an invitation: lean in, listen deeply, and discover what it means to meet yourself with courage and compassion.
