I'm Matt, a Nurse Anesthesiologist, father of two, and a man devoted to doing the inner work. Over the past few years I've immersed myself in nervous system regulation, IFS, EMDR, breathwork, and plant medicine. Sacred Sons has been the place where all that knowledge finally moved from my head into my body. I've gone from understanding these principles intellectually to truly embodying them in my daily life. This work has transformed how I show up as a man, father, and husband, and it's become one of the greatest tools in helping me fight for and heal my marriage. My passion is creating spaces where men feel safe enough to be seen, face what they've been avoiding, and remember who they were before the world told them who they had to be. I'm here to keep growing, serve however I can, and walk this path alongside my brothers.
