Mischa Byruck is pioneering the field of men's accountability—supporting leaders, founders, educators, and public figures to transform mistakes into evolution, power into responsibility, and conflict into connection. Drawing on more than a decade of work with over 150 men of influence, alongside thousands of workshop participants and audience members, his work challenges conventional thinking about consent, masculinity, cancellation, and repair. Mischa is a professionally trained coach with a BA from Columbia, an MPA from NYU, and a certificate in Somatic Trauma Therapy from The Embody Lab. He serves as a men’s-work facilitator with Sacred Sons and is the official accountability referral partner of The Consent Academy.
