Neil Christiansen A father to two divine daughters Neil lives in steadfast commitment to his family and the brotherhood as he tills the soil of future harvests in support of Sacred Sons, the substratum of its core team, and every man who yearns for meaningiful connection. Neil’s journey on this earth started in New Jersey where he was lovingly raised to be a good, church going boy who had a taste for trouble and exploring what was beyond the bubble of suburbia and The Jersey Shore. His earliest influences were family, church, the ocean, and an understanding that with privilege comes responsibility to serve God and others. Surfing became a sanctuary of peace for him through his troubled years as a teenager and young adult. Neil toed the line between society's expectation to keep on track: good student, nice girlfriend, great first job and looking to alcohol, drugs, and women as means of an escape. At 26 years young Neil awoke to live a purpose driven life and embrace his sensitive nature and connected heart. In this awakening he left his successful career as a medical device sales representative in San Diego and voyaged into the unknown on his hero’s journey. The solo journey brought him around the world surfing while giving back in marginalized communities of the world. In this experience he felt at home and committed to give it all in the creation of Give & Surf, an education and community development focused non-profit organization in the jungles of Bocas Del Toro, Panama. His early years in this creation were spent as a teacher and leader in the indigenous communities of this island archipelago. The challenges of this experience fortified his strength and connection to God as he empowered locals to lead alongside him. Neil’s commitment to empower others to lead Give & Surf allowed him to take space in 2017 from this organization that continues to touch 1,000+ individuals monthly through a number of impactful education and community development programs. This experience rooted his awareness of self and connection to God that aligned his path to step into lead Sacred Sons and become a father to his first born daughter in 2018. Neil is a co-founder of Sacred Sons, a worldwide brotherhood organization that creates alchemical experiences for men to connect, confront, and celebrate! Neil’s embodiment training in organizational guidance and visioning was forged through the eight years of developing Give & Surf. His contributions span through all moving parts and generations of the Sacred Sons community as the bridge builder and director of Sacred Sons Foundation.
