Where Wild Coastlines Meet Modern Leadership
Facing the open Atlantic along Portugal's Arrábida coast, just 40 minutes from Lisbon and moments from the turquoise coves and pine-covered hills of the Arrábida Natural Park, our Prime Leadership retreat takes place at Casa Colab - an ocean-view sanctuary with 180 degrees of open horizon, where the raw power of the sea meets the timeless wisdom of leadership development.
Four days of connection, confrontation, and integration! This is an intimate experience, and designed for men who are ready to embody their purpose, within leadership alongside co-founders and Sacred Sons core leadership. Ritual Confrontation, Physical Embodiment, Ritual Celebration, Relational Inner Work and more! The experience will begin with the 4 day in-person and continue with 10 weeks online with our Leadership Training. Leadership Training will follow the in person experience and be a closed container led by the core leadership team of Sacred Sons.

Our premier event, Prime Leadership, is set in the beauty of high-end retreat centers. This four-day immersive experience is designed for men ready to transcend their current boundaries and step into the next threshold of leadership in their lives. You will be welcomed by the co-founders and core leadership of Sacred Sons and join other businessmen from all walks of life.

Post-Event Online Cohort + 10-Week Leadership Development
Following the in-person event, participants will engage in a 10-week online cohort that delves deeper into leadership principles, masculine archetypes, and effective leadership practices.
This extended program focuses on developing and honing the skills, behaviors, and habits of successful leaders, ensuring continued growth, support, and the application of the principles learned during Prime Leadership.
Through this cohort, you will gain the tools to lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose in all aspects of your life.
