The Four C's

The days after a gathering like this are tender. The body is still catching up to what the heart already knows. These four practices hold you while the rest of you arrives.

Connection

Stay close to the people you met on the Peninsula. A voice note, a walk, a call on a hard day. Whether through The Circle or your own reaching out, community is what keeps this real.

Consumption

Be mindful of what you take in: food, media, and thoughts. In times of contraction, choose what nourishes you. Focus on creation over consumption.

Containment

Embody the sacred space we built. Let your presence speak louder than words. Live the lessons. Do not just explain them.

Contribution

Let your growth ripple out. Serve your family, your community, and your world.

The Integration Call

One call, all of us, a week after we came down off the land. We gather to integrate what moved, to hear how the return home has actually gone, and to share the stories that only make sense to people who were there.
