My name's Rory, I'm 33 and from Scotland. Managing 2 businesses and playing in a few bands. Working mainly as a freelance sound tech and holistic health director - I've been facilitating group breathwork and somatic healing for 3 eyears and soundbaths for 5+ years now. I've recently started facilitating men's workin Scotland, England and Wales as well as co-facilitating in Ireland and doing my LT1 training. I want to get back into martial arts and do Qi Gong facilitation as well as shamanic training, tantra and plant medicine.
