For more than 35 years, I’ve built businesses, led teams, educated professionals, and navigated my own seasons of growth and reinvention. Along the way, I discovered that true success isn’t just about what we accomplish—it’s about how we feel while we’re creating it. Today, I bring together my experience in business and leadership with my passion for wellness, personal growth, conscious living, and human connection to help people create meaningful change that lasts.
